FPL Cat (fplcat.com) is run by Pawel Miech Software Development, a business registered in Poland, tax ID PL5472029597 (“we”). By using the site you agree to these terms. Contact: [email protected].

1. What FPL Cat is

FPL Cat is an independent fan site with statistics, projections and tools for Fantasy Premier League. Data comes from FPL's public website and other public sources, and may be delayed or wrong.

2. Not affiliated with the Premier League

  • FPL Cat is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, any football club, or any player.
  • “Premier League”, “Fantasy Premier League”, “FPL”, club names and other marks belong to their owners. We use names only to identify the competition, clubs and players that our statistics describe. We don't use official logos or crests; kits are drawn in generic club colours.
  • Player and club statistics are factual data from public sources. Projections, ratings, price predictions and other forecasts are our own estimates, not official FPL data, and say nothing about the players or clubs themselves.
  • Using FPL Cat doesn't change your relationship with Fantasy Premier League; its own rules and terms apply to your FPL team.

3. Projections and advice

Our projected points, ratings, chip plans and suggestions come from statistical models. They're estimates, not guarantees: football is unpredictable and our numbers will often be wrong for a given player or week. The AI assistant can make mistakes too. Decisions about your team are yours; we're not responsible for points or ranks gained or lost by following them. FPL Cat is for fun and information, not for betting.

4. Using the site

  • Don't misuse it: no attempts to break security, and no getting around Pro or usage limits.
  • No scraping or AI training. Don't use bots, scrapers, crawlers or other automated means to copy data from FPL Cat, and don't use our projections, ratings or other content to build, train or improve AI or machine learning models, or a competing product, without our written permission.
  • You can sign in with Google. Keep your account to yourself; one person per Pro purchase.
  • We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and refund any unused Pro time if we do so without fault on your side.
  • Personal use. The site's content and code are ours. You can use FPL Cat for your own, non-commercial use, and share screenshots and links freely, ideally with a mention of FPL Cat. Republishing our numbers commercially (for example in a paid product, newsletter or app) needs our written permission.

5. FPL Cat Pro

Pro unlocks extra features, described on the Pro page. Prices include VAT and are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe's Managed Payments: Link (a Stripe company) is the merchant of record and handles payment, receipts, tax and payment support, under its own terms. Your charge shows as “LINK.COM*” on your statement.

  • Monthly plan: renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account menu (top right) → Manage subscription. To avoid the next month's charge, cancel at least a day before your renewal date. You keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for; we don't refund part-months.
  • Season pass: one payment for Pro until the date shown when you buy (the end of the season). It doesn't renew.
  • Changed your mind? You can cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund, even though Pro starts straight away. Email [email protected] from the address you signed in with.
  • If something doesn't work: tell us; if we can't fix it in reasonable time, we'll refund you for the affected period. Your legal rights as a consumer aren't affected.
  • Changes to Pro: features may change as the site develops. We won't raise the price of an active subscription without telling you at least 30 days before your next renewal, so you can cancel first.

6. Availability

We try to keep FPL Cat running, especially around deadlines, but can't promise it'll always be available or error-free: it depends on FPL's website and other services we don't control.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, we're not liable for losses that weren't foreseeable, for business losses, or for anything to do with your FPL results, and our total liability to you is limited to what you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows when. Significant changes affecting Pro will be emailed to subscribers. These terms are governed by Polish law. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring claims in the courts there.
